After previously running as the YES Property Networking events, in conjunction with Prosperity Network, Jo and Tracy are taking the helm to create a region-specific network for new and experienced investors alike!!

Our events have always been fun and informative and provide a great space to collaborate and connect.

Who?
Whether you are just thinking about investing, are relatively new to it with just a handful of projects under your belt or are a seasoned, experienced developer – you are all welcome.

When?
The events will run on the 3rd Wednesday of every month and will include a guest speaker, a panel of experts on hand to answer questions and the opportunity for open networking.

Tracy Fuller

Having purchased her first Buy to Let property in the mid 2000’s, Tracy Fuller has over 15 years of experience in property investment and development. Tracy has an increasing portfolio of single lets and HMO’s across East Midlands which she holds for income. She also has experience of utilising different strategies to generate capital pots such as flipping properties, developing property through change of use and completing title splits to add value. Tracy is passionate about all things property and enjoys helping others launch their property careers.

Jo Raghvani

Jo has been investing in property since 2013 and has a diverse portfolio across the Northwest and the Midlands. Her primary focus is on commercial to residential conversions – developing to sell or retain for income. She is also a well-respected coach, helping others who are just starting out or ready to scale up.

Kimberley Shapcott

Shapcotts Accountants are a firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors based in Derby with a team of 20 staff to service the accounting and tax requirements of various businesses. They have been established for over 35 years and look to support clients and business owners with a philosophy of personal but professional service. Investing in property herself, Kimberley provides a personal perspective to her clients. She also has a Property Accounting and Tax YouTube Channel which provides bitesize videos about property topics in the accounting and tax space as well as shares some of her projects as well.
