Cat Settle is a property investor and passionate advocate for personal and business growth.
She prefers asking for money over finding and project managing deals and has sought out good JV partners and sourcing agents to collaborate with over the last few years. She’s currently invested in regular small flips for first time buyers and those retiring (loves a bungalow) whilst rolling with a big project in the background (21 units and land for new builds).
This approach to investment has freed up time to pursue her passion for helping entrepreneurs, property investors and business owners make the best of their days, their goals and their long-term aspirations in both business and life.
